H.M.S. Swallow was one of sixty-seven "S" class destroyers built for the Royal Navy as the Great War was ending.

Service

Swallow re-commissioned at Malta on 13 September, 1920.[6]

Swallow arrived at Sheerness with Mackay, Sportive and Splendid on 31 October, 1923.[7]

She was re-commissioned at Chatham with 2/5ths crew on 4 December, 1923.[8]

Swallow paid off into Reserve at Chatham on 29 January, 1926.[9]

She paid off into Maintenance Reserve at Rosyth on 30 March, 1928.[10]
