Colin Kenneth MacLean
Vice-Admiral Colin Kenneth MacLean, C.B., C.V.O., D.S.O., Royal Navy (17 September, 1876 – 12 September, 1935) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career
MacLean was born in Punjab and raised by his mother.
MacLean was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 31 December, 1898.[1]
MacLean was appointed in command of the destroyer Lee on 16 September, 1903.[2]
MacLean was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1910.[3]
He was appointed in command of the destroyer Hornet on 12 May, 1913.[4]
MacLean was promoted to the rank of Captain on 30 June, 1915.[5]
MacLean was appointed in command of the flotilla leader Spenser and Captain (D) for the Tenth Destroyer Flotilla on 17 October, 1917.[6]
Post-War
MacLean was appointed in command of the light cruiser Cardiff in January, 1921.
He was appointed in command of the light cruiser Centaur in April, 1925.
MacLean was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 2 July, 1927.[7]
MacLean was promoted to the rank of Vice-Admiral on 6 October, 1931.[8]
MacLean was placed on the Retired List at his own request on 15 February, 1932.[9]
