U.S.S. Crosby was one of one hundred and eleven Wickes class destroyers completed for the U.S. Navy.
Service
Crosby was commissioned on 24 January, 1919 under the command of Lieutenant Commander Fred T. Berry. She then reported to the Atlantic Fleet.
