H.M.S. Obedient was one of one hundred and three destroyers of the "M" class built for the Royal Navy during the Great War.

Service

Obedient joined the Twelfth Destroyer Flotilla in February, 1916,[6] and operated with it at the Battle of Jutland.[7]

In May, 1918, she transferred to the Fourth Destroyer Flotilla, operating out of Devonport.[8]

She paid off at Devonport on 21 October, 1919.[9]
