H.M.S. Mameluke was one of one hundred and three destroyers of the "M" class built for the Royal Navy during the Great War.

Service

Mameluke joined the Twelfth Destroyer Flotilla in February, 1916,[6] but she missed taking part with her formation at the Battle of Jutland, likely because she was undergoing a refit.[7]

On 29 September, 1917, she was escorting a single steamer with Tirade when Tirade veered off to attack and destroy UC 55 when the submarine floundered trying to recover from a diving misadventure.[8]

She was reduced to C. & M. Party at Devonport on 15 October, 1919.[9]
