Commander David Graham Horndon Bush, D.S.C. (20 July, 1893 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
The son of Reverend Thomas Bush, Clerk in Holy Orders.[1]
Bush was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 December, 1915.[2]
Bush was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 December, 1923.[3]
He was placed on the Retired List as medically unfit, effective 17 November, 1917.[4]
Bush was promoted to the rank of Commander on 29 July, 1933.[5]
World War II
He served. Part of the time, he was loaned to the Royal New Zealand Navy.
