Captain Geoffrey Eric Ridgeway, D.S.C., R.N., Retired (24 January, 1885 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Ridgeway ranked forty-fourth among 62 successful candidates in examinations for entry to the Britannia intake term of September 1899, with 2206 marks.[1]

Ridgeway was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 October, 1906.

Ridgeway was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 October, 1914.

Post-War

Ridgeway was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1919.

World War II

Ridgeway was promoted to the rank of Captain on 8 May, 1946.
