Captain R.N.R. (retired) Thomas Wallace Young, O.B.E., R.D. (26 February, 1879 – 10 September, 1945) was an officer in the Royal Naval Reserve.
Life & Career
Young was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.R. on 18 October, 1909.[1]
Young was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. on 18 October, 1917.[2]
Young was appointed in command of the destroyer Express on 10 November, 1917.[3][4]
Demobilised on 31 August, 1919.[5]
Young was promoted to the rank of Commander R.N.R. with seniority of 31 December, 1921.[6]
Young was promoted to the rank of Captain R.N.R. with seniority of 20 October, 1928.[7]
