Commander Thomas Charles Alexander Heathcote Ouchterlony, R.N., Retired (23 October, 1888 – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Ouchterlony was appointed in command of the submarine A 6 on 8 February, 1913.[1]
On 27 August, 1913, Ouchterlony was appointed in command of the submarine B 7.[2]
Ouchterlony was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 31 December, 1918.[3]
