Richard Henry Bagot Everard ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Everard was appointed in command of the submarine B 1 on 31 August, 1912.[1]
Everard was appointed in command of the submarine C 8 on 13 May, 1913.[2]
