Commander (retired) Leonard Ernest Pearson, D.S.C., (19 December, 1886 – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Promoted to the rank of Mate on 18 December, 1913.[1]

Pearson was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 18 April, 1916.[2]

Pearson was appointed in command of the first-class torpedo boats T.B. 33, T.B. 34 and T.B. 35 on 5 August, 1920.[3]

Pearson was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 18 April, 1924.[4]

Pearson was placed on the Retired List at his own request at the rank of Commander on 10 February, 1927.[5]

World War II

Some service in minesweeping, and as minesweeping officer, Humber.[6]
