Lieutenant-Commander John Oliver Martin, (20 March, 1906 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Martin was promoted to the rank of Mate on 1 December, 1927.[1]
Martin was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 February, 1931.[2]
Martin was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 February, 1939.[3]
