Admiral Harry Seawell Frank Niblett, C.V.O., Royal Navy, Retired (31 October, 1852 – 26 December, 1939) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
He was advanced to the rank of Admiral on the Retired List on 20 March, 1913.[1]
