The first class protected cruiser H.M.S. Blake one of two Blake class cruisers completed in the early 1890s. She served as a depot ship in the Great War.

Service

Blake completed her conversion to a depot ship in August of 1907, and served the Second Destroyer Flotilla from at least March 1913.[6] Later, she served the Eleventh Destroyer Flotilla.[7]

She recommissioned at Chatham on 6 August, 1908.[8]
