Life & Career

Hewett was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 26 June, 1902.

Hewett was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 26 June, 1910.

Hewett was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1914.

Post-War

Hewett was promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 December, 1919.

Hewett was placed on the Retired List at his own request upon his relief on 17 August, 1922.
