Life & Career

Flynn was the son of Reverend Francis Flyyn.

Flynn was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant with a seniority of 15 March, 1916.

Post-War

Flynn was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 March, 1924.

Flynn was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1929.

Flynn was promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 December, 1937.
