Rear-Admiral Cuthbert Godfrey Chapman, M.V.O. (1862 — ?) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Chapman was promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 December, 1904.[1]

In January 1907, he assumed command of the second class protected cruiser Venus. He remained in her until August 1908.[2]

He was appointed to command the heavy cruiser Devonshire on 19 March, 1909.[3]

He was appointed as captain of the battleship Venerable on 18 July, 1911.[4]

He was made captain of Hindustan on 14 May of 1912, retaining that post for a year and five days.[5]
