Life & Career

Son of Reverend W. A. Bell, born in Pleasley, Notts.

Bell was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 April, 1905.

Bell was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 April, 1913.

Bell was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1917.

Post-War

Placed on the Retired List on 1 January, 1923.
