Captain (retired) Cecil Buller Turner, (7 December, 1895 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

The son of retired Major Charles Turner, R.M..

Turner was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 June, 1917. This was adjusted to 15 March, 1917.^[1]

Turner was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 March, 1925.^[2]

Turner was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1930.^[3]

Turner was placed on the Retired List on account of age at the rank of Captain on 7 December, 1945.^[4]
