Arthur Kemmis Betty, D.S.O., ( – ) was an officer of the Royal Navy during the First World War.

Betty was promoted to the rank of Captain on 30 June, 1918.

In April 1919, he assumed command of the light cruiser Royalist.^[1]

On 1 December, 1920, he was appointed as Captain (D) of the First Destroyer Flotilla, taking command of the flotilla leader Wallace.^[2]

In November 1923, he was appointed in command of the battlecruiser Tiger.^[3]
