From The Dreadnought Project
Simon Harley is a 25 year old law student and researcher of the Royal Navy during the Dreadnought Era.
He currently lives on the North West coast of England, and is studying for a law degree. His first article, on Balfour at the Admiralty, is in preparation for publication. A biography of Lord Jellicoe is also in the works.
I try to keep a list of books in my possession updated on Wikipedia:

Items which I have in full are shaded green; items which I have part of are in yellow; material which I want and intend to get is in pink. This list is very incomplete in all regards. — SIMON HARLEY, Co-editor.
