Captain John Ronald Stewart Brown, (8 October, 1900 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

The son of J. W. Brown, Collier company manager.

Brown was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 June, 1922.

Brown was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 June, 1930.

Brown was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1937.

World War II

Brown was promoted to the rank of Captain on 30 June, 1944.

Placed on the Retired List on 23 August, 1953.
