Captain Francis Stephen Walter de Winton, (7 May, 1896 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

The son of retired tea planter Paul de Winton.[1]

De Winton was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 November, 1917.[2]

De Winton was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 November, 1925.[3]

De Winton was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1931.[4]

De Winton was promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 December, 1938.[5]

World War II
