H.M.S. Desperate was one of the Royal Navy's eleven "D" class destroyers.
Service
On 1 July 1913, she left Malta for Corfu with eight other destroyers under the lead of the torpedo gunboat Hussar.[8]
In mid-1913, she was serving in the Mediterranean.[9] In November, 1913, she was ordered to return to England.[10]
