Charles William King

Temporary Lieutenant R.N.V.R. Charles William King, O.B.E> ( – ) served in the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve. A Transport Officer during the latter part of the Great War, his name is only offered as "C. W. King" in the Navy List, but he seems to be "Charles William King" as found in ADM 337/117/744.

Life & Career

King was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.V.R. on 8 August, 1914.[1]

He had only a single appointment his entire career. He was demobilised on 29 June, 1919.[2]
