Captain (retired) Thomas Hudson Foster, (31 December, 1867 – 21 July, 1950) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Foster was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 April, 1896.

Foster was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1903.

Foster was placed on the Retired List as unit with the rank of Captain on 24 July, 1907. He served in the Trade Division during the war.
