Outputs a ship's page name, building it from provided parameters of prefix, name, and year, supplied in parameters p, n and y. If p is not provided, there will be no prefix (e.g., as for French and Japanese ships). If parameter tn is set ("title name"), it is used instead of the name for that portion.
