Admiral of the Fleet SIR Roger Roland Charles Backhouse, G.C.B., G.C.V.O. (24 November, 1878 – 15 July, 1939) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Backhouse was promoted to the rank of Vice-Admiral on 10 October, 1929, vice Oliver Backhouse, placed on the Retired List.[1]
