Admiral of the Fleet SIR Roger Roland Charles Backhouse, G.C.B., G.C.V.O. (24 November, 187815 July, 1939) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Backhouse was promoted to the rank of Vice-Admiral on 10 October, 1929, vice Oliver Backhouse, placed on the Retired List.[1]
