Lieutenant-Commander Philip Percival Mancha Green, (20 December, 1909 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

He was awarded the Ogilvy Medal.

Green was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 16 June, 1932.[1]
