Commander (retired) Percy Macalpine Riadore, (11 January, 1871 – 24 September, 1914) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
The son of Reverend G. J. E. Riadore of Chichester.[1]
Riadore was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 25 August, 1892. He had significant health issues in 1894 which required admission to Haslar Hospital.[2]
He commanded the iron screw storeship Humber on the China Station from 17 March 1904 until being appointed as first officer in Æolus on 13 January, 1906.[3]
Riadore was placed on the Retired List at his own request at the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1912. He served at a Youths Training Establishment at Devonport in August, 1914, but would die within a month afterward.[4]
