Captain Mervyn Sharp Bennion, (5 May, 1887 – 7 December,1941) served in the United States Navy.

Life & Career

Bennion died in command of the battleship West Virginia during the raid on Pearl Harbor. He received the Congressional Medal of Honor for his conduct in the battle.
