Rear-Admiral Laurence Richard Oliphant ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
On 1 April, 1914 Oliphant was appointed in command of the ancient light cruiser Leander, then depot ship for the Seventh Destroyer Flotilla at Devonport.[1]
He was appointed in command of the light cruiser Penelope on 6 January, 1918.[2]
