John Leslie Burr

Rear-Admiral John Leslie Burr ( – 13 November, 1917) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Burr was promoted to the rank of Commander on 21 June, 1887.
Burr was promoted to the rank of Captain on 1 January, 1894.
Burr was appointed in command of the torpedo cruiser Porpoise on 11 March, 1894.[1]
Burr was appointed in command of the convoy sloop Andromeda on 5 September, 1899.[2]
