Commander (retired) James Thompson Blake, C.B.E. (3 December, 1868 – ) served in the Royal Naval Reserve and the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Blake was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 October, 1898.

Retired as unfit on 16 June, 1905.
