Captain (retired) Hugh Roy MacGregor Laird, C.B.E. (3 February, 1899 – 1 July, 1953) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Laird was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 January, 1920.
Laird was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 January, 1928.
Laird was promoted to the rank of Commander on 3 February, 1939.
He died in Bahati, Nakuru.[1]
