Herbert Masterman Ellis ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Ellis was promoted to Sub-Lieutenant on 15 February, 1912.[1]
Ellis was appointed in command of the destroyer Savage on 9 September, 1918.[2]
