H.M.S. Veronica was one of twenty-four Acacia Class sweeping sloops completed for the Royal Navy.

Service

Veronica served in the First Sloop Flotilla from August through Novermber, 1915.

From September 1920 through February 1934, she operated from New Zealand, in company with Laburnum after the first few years.[6]

Veronica was re-commissioned at Wellington on 1 May, 1924.[7]

She was re-commissioned at Auckland on 11 January, 1927 for service out of New Zealand.[8]

She re-commissioned at Auckland on 2 November, 1931.[9]
