Service
In June, 1919, Delhi joined the Atlantic Fleet's revamped First Light Cruiser Squadron and became the flagship.

- Captain Francis W. L. Tottenham, 25 August, 1920[8]
- Captain James M. Pipon, 28 August, 1922[9]
Fire Control
Listed in June 1918 as one of eight light cruisers to receive a Mark III* Dreyer Table, presumably in place at time of completion.[10]
Torpedo Control
In 1919, she was selected to receive one of the first five Renouf Torpedo Tactical Instrument Type As.[11]
