Service

In June, 1919, Delhi joined the Atlantic Fleet's revamped First Light Cruiser Squadron and became the flagship.

Dates of appointment are provided when known.

Fire Control

Listed in June 1918 as one of eight light cruisers to receive a Mark III* Dreyer Table, presumably in place at time of completion.[9]

Torpedo Control

In 1919, she was selected to receive one of the first five Renouf Torpedo Tactical Instrument Type As.[10]
