Lieutenant-Commander Geoffrey Alfred Luscombe, R.N. (19 March, 1885 – 1 May, 1918) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Born in Upper Norwood, London, the son of Alfred Lucombe, and underwriter for Lloyd's of London.

Luscombe was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant in June, 1907.

Luscombe was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in June, 1915.

Luscombe died when his minesweeper Blackmorevale was lost to a mine on 1 May, 1918[1]
