Captain (retired) Frederick Rowland Dicken, (13 September, 1845 – 21 June, 1923) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Dicken was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 5 September, 1867.

Dicken was promoted to the rank of Commander on 6 May, 1875.

Dicken was placed on the Retired List owing to non-service at the rank of Captain on 4 August, 1887.
