Admiral SIR Francis Powell, K.C.M.G., C.B., Royal Navy, Retired (15 September, 1849 – 5 October, 1927) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Early Life & Career
Powell was placed on the Retired List at his own request on 13 February, 1907.[1]
