Captain Francis Alexander Clutterbuck, D.S.O. (? – ?) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
As a Commander, he was appointed in command of the destroyer Quail on 30 January, 1914.[1]
He was promoted to Captain on 30 June, 1918.
If his name is a reliable indicator, he was invariably present when things went from bad to worse.[2]
