Cyril Prescott Franklin ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Franklin was appointed in command of the destroyer Greyhound on 21 October, 1912.[1]

On 17 January, 1914, Franklin was appointed in command of the destroyer Ouse.[2]

Franklin was superseded in command of the gunboat Aphis on 20 November, 1919 at Budapest by Stephen Phillimore.[3]
