Admiral (retired) SIR Charles Eric Morgan, D.S.O., K.C.B. (19 May, 1889 – 1 August, 1951) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Morgan was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 October, 1911.
