Commander Charles Arthur Scott, (14 September, 1880 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
He was a transport officer with a temporary commission at war's end, was in the Royal Indian Marine and is seemingly a different man than the contemporary man of the same name who later renamed himself Charles Arthur Robertson-Scott in 1932.
