Arthur James Baxter

Arthur James Baxter ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Naval Reserve.
Life & Career
Baxter was appointed Lieutenant, R.N.R. in Command of the destroyer Opossum in April, 1916 and then re-appointed in July, 1917.[1]
