Archibald Douglas Cochrane ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Cochrane was appointed in command of the submarine E 7 on 15 October, 1912.[1]
Oddly, he was also appointed in command of the submarine D 1 on 15 October, 1912.[2]
