Early Life & Career
Haggard was a Lieutenant 1904.[1]
He was appointed in command of Boadicea. He was appointed in command of Blenheim. He was appointed in command of Good Hope. He was appointed in command of Vulcan.
Great War
He was appointed in command of Hibernia. He was appointed in command of [[H.M.S. Highflyer (1898)|Highflyer].
Post War
He was appointed in command of Ajax in 1920.
In 1922, he was serving as Director of Training and Staff Duties, and involved in the decision whether and how to release the controversial "Naval Staff Appreciation of Jutland".
