Lieutenant-Commander Frederick William Hawkins, ( – 13 June, 1944) served in the Royal Navy.

He is not the same man as James Frederick William Cyril Hawkins, but I cannot locate a service record for him in ADM 196 and don't think he is any of the men in ADM 188?

Life & Career

Hawkins was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 18 November, 1943.[2]
